I joined the company fresh from the college as a trainee and then I was absorbed as a full time employee. Click Labs has an awesome working environment and friendly colleagues. Most of the people are under 25 and are very friendly which makes it an amazing place to work. You work hard and you get rewards is what works. Opportunities to grow are readily available as the company keep on expanding into new areas and there are available positions to lead. Increments keep on coming regularly. There is a tennis table and two foos ball tables in the office now.
Minpunten
Projects sometimes go long which does not feel good at the end. Lots of employees keep on discussing things about work and pay and bad mouth their own colleges and seniors which makes situations difficult at lunch times. There is no professionalism in some employees who continue bad mouthing the company in their notice period etc. Fired employees who deserved not to work here and being thrown out rightly keep on abusing the company on social networks or forums. People are young and professionalism is missing at least in half of them and they treat the company like their university college.
