      Le département des ressources humaines est très inexpérimenté et impoli, et ne comprend ni l'entreprise ni la façon de traiter les gens équitablement. Le budget pour tout est serré. C'est une mentalité étroite qui n'a jamais évolué d'une petite à une moyenne entreprise.
