Minpunten
Normal growing pains for a small company means varied and shifting responsibilities (Example: Tier 1 support one minute and PM work the next minute). This may not be an issue for some, but it can be challenging.
I got to deal with a vast array of technology which always made work interesting. Gabe was always very positive and a big source of energy. The pay was great and the benefits were good. The remote culture was pretty good. I always always felt like Gabe/Henry cared about me both personally and professionally. I look back fondly on my time there.
Minpunten
It was a small company and had some of the disadvantages. I did feel support from management but sometimes it was just limited as to what could be done.
