Minpunten
In my experience, Clicklease had a very toxic work environment and an unhealthy company culture. Leadership often felt intimidating and unapproachable, and management frequently operated through fear rather than support or collaboration. There was little flexibility with schedules, and professionalism from leadership was inconsistent.
The environment often felt highly political, with favoritism playing a significant role in how employees were treated. Unless you were part of the leadership inner circle, it was difficult to feel valued or respected. Gossip and negative discussions about employees were also common, which created a culture of distrust and low morale.
Unfortunately, I also did not feel comfortable trusting HR with confidential matters. Sensitive information, including discussions around pay and personal employee matters, did not always feel appropriately handled or kept confidential, which further damaged trust within the workplace.
While every workplace has challenges, this was ultimately not a healthy or supportive environment for me professionally or personally.
