If you cannot stay on the phone and find the right people to do a job and frequently, you will fail here and hate it. If you are slow at your job and inexperienced, you may also fail. Not for everyone... you need to be very mature and hard-working or you won't get along with the team. It gets competitive here, so be ready to take the heat.
