      Pluspunten

      Allows you to balance work and family. Really flexible and willing to tailor roles to make juggling work and family as easy as possible. Put people first. And encourage open communication.

      Minpunten

      Some peaks and troughs. Really busy some days and can be hard to keep up. Then quiet on Friday. Would be great if it was a bit more even each day.

      The people are what make this place a great place to work, for me. Everyone, from operations, to management, to technical and catering make this place great to work at. It's really refreshing having management & team that sticks up for you and accommodates for whatever difficult situations arise, especially in the hospitality sector. Vanessa Green is really pleasant to be around, haven't heard a single negative thing about her from any level of the company.

      Minpunten

      Potential to upskill is very limited, crucial in the IT sector. Day-to-day operations make it difficult for management to implement, but the lack of formalised training and documentation (especially for IT processes) make doing my job without having a more familiar tech hold my hand at every step of the way difficult. Reliable management & team structure mitigates this issue greatly, but increases upward & outward workload.
