Everyone is always in panic mode, rushing to get a subpar product out the door on time. Developers don’t understand how the product they are developing actually works but are too overworked to have the time to actual understand it. CEO thinks things will just work themselves out and won’t hire more resources as needed. He just follows what the new investment company wants and not what the actual company or employees want/need.
