Regarding salary, CSO salaries are on par with other nonprofit community behavioral health agencies, as measured by annual trade association salary scales. Furthermore, CSO invests heavily in generous benefits, staff training and morale activities, flexible schedules and more.

No breaks, no shift differentials for relief staff, NO benefits for relief staff - no vacation or personal time nothing. No holiday pay for relief staff.
