Cloud9 has a very high staff turnover, which speaks volumes about the work environment. Many employees leave due to poor management practices that sometimes feel unethical and, at the very least, unprofessional.
The management team is often unhelpful and disorganised, leaving employees without proper guidance or support. There’s a culture of passing blame and avoiding responsibility, which creates unnecessary stress and frustration.
Bullying behaviour from management is common, and employees are left to deal with the fallout of poor decision making. Certain members of leadership seem more focused on cultivating a media personality than addressing the persistent issues raised by exiting employees. Communication is lacking, and there’s little effort to resolve these ongoing problems.
