Pluspunten
I miss working for CloudFactory. But I'm not sure I would go back at this time. What's positive? The mission is sound and solid. The people are great. The culture has built in empathy from the jump and it's felt. Tolis. International team members are fantastic. Fun. Even in stressful times, I always enjoyed the people and the work. 100% always felt that people cared about both the work and about one another.

Round after round of layoffs since Nov 2022 is the headline, but it's only a symptom. I see the causes as: Waves of chaos in shifting strategies, org design, and leadership. A declining ability to listen to employee feedback. Increasingly opaque in communications. Increasingly bureaucratic tendencies that greatly reduce agility. Private Equity dollars have driven choices that are contrary to values.
