My Honest Review These people can fire you at any time. There are no benefits to working for this company. They can hire you anytime, but they can also let you go without warning. I already own a PC and a huge monitor, but their team keeps spamming my email, telling me to take a monitor loan—which they’ll then deduct from my salary. They claim to be a remote company, but they force people to attend weeks of training at their Nairobi offices. The first 2 weeks of training are unpaid, and you’re expected to train 8 hours per day, 5 days a week. On the third week, they pay $1.30 per hour. If you pass to the production team, they increase it to $1.60 per hour. This is unfairly low pay for the work involved. They expect you to work 8 straight hours with unrealistic demands. These jobs feel more suited for students or people struggling to make ends meet—not qualified professionals. At one point, I was in training for a project called Relo Metrics, where the trainer told us that if we were picked for production and they wanted to train us further or have a meeting during working hours, those hours would not be paid. Working here feels extremely stressful. Anytime you see a message from your team lead or PM, you think, “This is it—they’re going to fire me now.” The constant fear keeps you on edge, and the repetitive work is mentally draining. There’s very little career growth or skill development. Management communication is slow and distant. It feels like they care more about client profits than worker welfare.
