Long hours, managers don't act on their own rules, very poor training efforts which translates into feeling lost and unsupported (eg. one day for a property manager - two months at Foxtons), they take advantage of staff loyalty but show no loyalty to their staff (closing three offices with no notice and refusal to pay commission and salary owed, very cliquey with obvious favouritism from senior staff, questionable leadership at board level too.
