Horrible culture in IT. New leadership team has completely destroyed what was once a great place to work. The behavior of the new CIO is some of the most immoral, unethical, ruthless and dishonest treatment of human beings that I have witnessed during my IT career. Great leaders forced out. Poorly handled layoffs. Deplorable treatment of the remaining associates. Poor legacy leaders just trying to save their jobs. I'd go on, but more detail would probably get this post bounced for "confidential and proprietary information". Do yourself a favor. Stay away from here if you're an IT professional.
