Opportunity to receive professional coaching and work on projects that support with continued growth and success of the company. Hires motivated and interesting people. Flexible work with remote-first culture, which is great for caregivers and parents.

Minpunten

A lot of change over the years due to market challenges is exhausting and not a suitable environment for everyone. For the right person, this can present a lot of opportunity for growth and ownership over key topics as everyone needs to go beyond their role. This can lead to a tendency for overworking and unrealistic expectations around doing "more with less". Lots of people and leadership turnover can be challenging too.

Pluspunten

CoachHub gave a ton of autonomy and fully remote work. They threw real responsibility at you right away, so you learned way more and built stronger skills than at most other places.

Minpunten

Leadership was unstable with constant manager changes. Only one performance review in three years and it ignored major contributions. Felt disconnected from team and recognition went mostly to sales.
