- clients are amazing
- nice stream of clients/ referrals

- management seems to have forgotten they are in a human field and treat therapists and clients as disposable and invaluable
- extremely toxic environment
- no flexibility with availability/ time off / notes
- barely got regular supervision and all of my supervisors left
- new ceo is cruel and treats employees as inferior and irrelevant
