Good starting point for a job, not a career. I learned a fair amount in this job. I was excited when I first started here and have become more disappointed as time has moved on.
Minpunten
Talented people leave the organization regularly due to lack of opportunity and management issues. High turn over rate because of lack of opportunities and extremy understaffed departments making the workload unbearable. I have seen mulitple people leave in a matter of months to weeks because of these problems. There is a culture of being cliquey, petty and gossiping and if you're not part of that accepted group its extremely obvious and will reflect in how you are viewed and treated by management and other departments. People will complain to upper management/ HR for minor things if they don't like you and try to make your working life as difficult as possible. Management is quick to discipline without being fair to all and is quick to discipline on minor mistakes without taking the time to coach employees in the first place. There is an level of uncertainty regarding futures because of company restructuring and recent mass layoffs to office and manufacturing staff.
