Minpunten
It's sad to see all the values of the company being ignored and how people are sometimes treated here. This is evident when people who loved this company and have been here for a long time start leaving. Leadership is very immature and makes decisions based on emotions and assumptions with zero leadership skills. No one knows the company's strategy, not even them. There are some capable people in leadership for sure, but not been able to have impact yet. After another round of layoffs, it's not clear what the plan is, and they don't seem to know what they are doing. They just cut costs, but there is no plan of action. Their day-to-day is spent micromanaging, which makes me doubt there is any time left for them to do the actual job they are supposed to be doing. There are crazy expectations for employees and everyone's performance is over a magnifying glass, however the underperformance comes from leadership who can't even meet the basic expectations of being good leaders and planning the company strategy. After restructuring, no one knows exactly who left the company or how things are being reorganized internally with fewer resources. There's a lot of finger-pointing and stress. The thing is - there is amazing talent here and great professionals - however, with this culture of fear, poor management, and lack of direction, there is no way anyone can thrive here.
