      Be cautious if your role involves working closely with the management team. The environment can be challenging, with limited room for taking initiative, frequent micromanagement and zero appreciation, even after many years of hard work. The absence of clear company policies often leads to decisions that seem inconsistent and influenced by personal moods.

      Had many opportunities to grow, in several different technologies / aspects. Great care was put into creating a team, minimizing stress, and tailoring friendly work ethics. An easy recommendation.

      Everything is a performance for the customers. You can clearly feel that employees are used mainly as part of that show, rather than being genuinely valued. The company shows little to no care for employee well-being, and this attitude is obvious in daily operations. Even the so-called team-building activities feel like another performance aimed at impressing customers rather than supporting the team. There is no real appreciation for individual effort, and of course, this is reflected in the salary. There is no HR department, management is poor, and overall leadership is ineffective. The company is capitalistic at its core, and this negatively affects employees on every level.
