There’s a good balance between ownership and support, which makes it easier to navigate challenges and keep things moving. the company promotes open and positive culture where ideas are heard and there is mutual respect across teams. people helps in adapting in quickly and work efficiently. Contributing meaningfully in my role.

      1.Since CodeVyasa works with multiple clients, you get opportunities to work on varied projects instead of being stuck on the same product for years. 2.The management team is generally accessible, and it's relatively easy to share ideas or raise concerns compared to larger organizations. 3.Even at a relatively junior level, you're often trusted with responsibilities that might take longer to get in bigger companies.

      1.Depending on project timelines and client demands, some periods can be quite intense. 2.We easily get WFH and leaves , but I dont like the sandwich leave policy.
