Pluspunten

Working as an IT recruiter here has been pretty good so far. The hiring managers actually know what they want which makes our job way easier, you are not chasing them for feedback for days. Good exposure to different kinds of roles, from junior devs to senior architects across multiple tech stacks so you learn a lot about the market.

Minpunten

Would help if there was more structured training for new recruiters joining the team.

Pluspunten

Honestly one of the best things is the ownership you get from day 1. You're not just shadowing seniors for months, they actually put you on real work and trust you to figure it out. Also there's basically no hierarchy here, if you have an issue or even just an idea you can directly walk up to the founders and talk to them.

I think processes are still being built out so things can feel a bit unstructured at times, that's it!

Pluspunten

Been here for some time now and overall it has been a decent ride. The work itself keeps you engaged, no two weeks feel exactly the same which I like. People are approachable, you can ask anyone for help without feeling awkward about it. There is a sense that your work actually matters here, you are not just another resource on a spreadsheet. Leadership is visible, you see them around and they interact with the team which is rare in most companies.

I wish there was more clarity on long term career path.
