Very friendly environment. You get to learn a lot of things in your first year as a developer. There are always projects coming in and in a short time, you can get to work on a large scale project all your own and learn a lot of things along the way. They also give you extra flexible working hours as long as you finish your tasks.

Maybe the type of customers are a lot business-oriented. No one really cares about the sophistication of software projects as much as they care about the look and feel of the design and user experience.
