Don’t work here if you want to design something that will help people. The only projects you’ll get here are unethical marketing and scam sites. Design process includes dark patterns, company prefers hiring juniors so they don’t have to pay them a normal design industry wage. I was treated poorly during my time here. I’ve since moved on to another job which celebrates collaboration and achievements, working here devalued my career, and I felt a lot of pressure to perform. Working here gave me depression. Since moving on to a legitimate company I have realised that I was not the problem, management was. Working here will give you imposter syndrome, and will make you feel like you’ve used your design skills for evil.
