Would not recommend to any junior In this company, no one doesn't want to take any responsibility, except for their own projects. You just don't feel that you have some team. They promised some training process which has never was achieved because most of their team leaders always busy. At times it can be difficult to stay motivated in this case, when your team leader behave very hostile and rude if you ask for more than 10 minutes explanation per day during your training period - you can only imagine what will be after. Stay away from this place. It is a ploy to trap and exploit young professionals and new graduates without any investment in their knowledge and work experience.
