- Decent place to start but slowly gets worse. - Other engineers are decent folks, good laugh. - Hone your skills and move, I sure as hell will be now
Minpunten
- Very little in way of promotion. I've had positions dangled over my head with zero outcome. - Poor pay raise, if you can call them a raise. - Many growing pains - Not much support when asked for, most of the time you just get pointed to a link. - Currently hemorrhaging staff. - Pushing diversity and inclusion even though the company is already diverse and inclusive, a sign of the end times.
