Work from home. Good compensation for juniors or new grads. Good training for juniors as explaining and teaching usually helps reinforce understanding.

No real technical growth in company Very unorganized management Lots of forced/mandatory training sessions which aren't really helpful Teaching content changes very frequently without real need
