I love seeing the amazement on kids' faces when they get a concert light flashing with their code or create their very own games. It is definitely a team environment. I really can't think of anything. I worked at Codeverse part-time for a year and recently left my teaching job to take this full-time position. It gives me more work/life balance while still making a positive impact on kids. I can tell you that I am very happy I made that decision!
