During my one year with the company, my salary was credited before the 15th of the month only once (during my first month). After that, payments were always delayed — sometimes reaching at the end of the month, and in some cases even getting carried over to the next month. For example, the January salary was credited in March. - The company often tries to find ways to make salary deductions, which sometimes felt unfair and unnecessary. - The overall work environment feels very restrictive. There are very few employee engagement activities or initiatives. The focus is mainly on continuous work, task completion, deadlines, and frequent pressure to finish work by EOD or work on weekends. - The HR department does not seem to have much authority or involvement in resolving employee concerns. Most queries are redirected to managers, and communication often lacks proper follow-up. Even emails sent to the concerned people often go unanswered.

Well mannered management Owners are very friendly If they took any strict action so they took it professionally by sending email Not call you in cabin and shouting on you Hr is very supportive ,leave process is very easy For freshers it's a jackpot, they give full access to the developer to learn and boost the skills

Yeah there are some cons also Company should improve their QA department, testing is very moderate Not flexible timming , company follow strict office timing
