I can list down several concerns, but I would like to highlight a few major ones based on my experience. - Salary payments were consistently delayed. During my one year with the company, my salary was credited before the 15th of the month only once (during my first month). After that, payments were always delayed — sometimes reaching at the end of the month, and in some cases even getting carried over to the next month. For example, the January salary was credited in March. - The company often tries to find ways to make salary deductions, which sometimes felt unfair and unnecessary. - The overall work environment feels very restrictive. There are very few employee engagement activities or initiatives. The focus is mainly on continuous work, task completion, deadlines, and frequent pressure to finish work by EOD or work on weekends. - The HR department does not seem to have much authority or involvement in resolving employee concerns. Most queries are redirected to managers, and communication often lacks proper follow-up. Even emails sent to the concerned people often go unanswered.

I've been working at Codobux for 1 year and I can say without a doubt that it's been a great experience. The company is a dynamic and innovative place to work, and the team is dedicated, talented, and passionate about what they do.

It's been 1 year working with Codobux and i don't think so i feel any kind of challenges during working period so i must say working with team spirit with great environment you won't feel any sort of challenges by any chance.
