Remote. Lots of opportunities for growth and despite being a distributed team (lots of clients, which is healthy) a good structure around performance and career management. Treated and respected as a human being first and a "resource" a distant second.

The remote nature makes it hard to stay connected with colleagues on other projects at times but that's as much on the teams as management to make efforts to improve. Client demands can often take a toll, nothing unique to Codurance and the support offered is genuine and welcomed.

I joined Codurance after moving cities, and it’s been a fantastic place to grow my career. The work is fast-paced and you’re constantly learning, which makes every day interesting and rewarding. The culture is collaborative and supportive, and I’ve had the chance to work with some genuinely great people across the business. The Manchester office is in a central location with a modern setup, which makes it a really enjoyable place to work. There are also opportunities to travel and spend time with colleagues in London and Leeds, which adds variety and helps you feel more connected across the company.

The pace is quick, but I wouldn't say this is a con, just an observation.
