Thanks for the feedback. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your short time with us. I wanted to pick up on your point about the notice. This was purely to encourage our teams to remember to clock in and out. We require that information to process payroll. Having only been with us for around 2 weeks, you may not have been aware but if any clockings are missed or if any errors are made by either party, we of course rectify this as soon as possible. We absolutely would not and could not withhold any pay for hours worked. Our teams are everything to us. We value their voice and have channels that allow any questions or concerns to be raised. I believe that following your resignation you had numerous communications with our MD, during which the points that you raised were addressed. As a relatively new business we are all about continuous improvement and happily take on board feedback when it is provided. Once again, I am sorry that you did not feel that this role was for you.
