10yThank you for your comment about our small company culture and family feel. We are a healthy company and as such we are growing. So we are focused on keeping the small company feel as we get bigger. One of the keys to maintaining this part of our culture is the supporting role of our corporate structure as opposed to a controlling role.
You're right that the industry we work in is pretty intense. The construction industry is fast paced and deadline driven. But as you stated our overtime and comp time benefits allow the customization between the immediate reward for extra effort and future reward in paid time off.
