Pluspunten
1) This company is only for North Indians(UP) . The rest state’s people should not even think of joining this organisation. 2) Company has good growth only because of it’s CEO. 3) It’s merger with Encora but not sure if Encora employees will like Coforge’s policies.
Minpunten
1) Very poor work culture. People working over here lack severe work ethics. And they justify very poorly for their actions. 2) Poor employee policies. 3) Poor management. They make anyone as the the lead and decisions are mostly biased. 4) They don’t prefer talent or hard work but they prefer submissiveness. 5) They literally torture the employees to get the work done. 6) They have moved to Shared service model and it’s a very cheap model. 7) If you are very much desperate for job or money, then only join. Else please prefer the other offers which have in your hand. 8) I very much regret joining this organisation when I had very good offers in hand. I wish someone would have strongly suggested me to not join this place.
