Lots and lots of work(depends on the project though) 5. Valuable advises are welcomed and responded by the management.

1. yearly Increment is a concern. u will not get good appraisal. 2. extra hrs of working with no bonus. 3. if you are a good performer u will nothing as bonus but "more work" rather "smart work".
