Bus Facility (for greater noida campus) - even that is not so great as the buses plying on some routes are in extremely poor condition and nobody will listen to you when you complain. Machines allocated (at least in my project) were new and decent.
Minpunten
Feckless management running around like head-less chickens. Boot licking slave imbeciles are rewarded with everything, while hard working and technically competent people are ignored and pushed aside. You are assigned a "supervisor" and no matter what happens, no matter what problem you face nobody will listen to you, only the supervisor. Whatever he says will be taken as the truth and no action will be taken against him/her. Even if the project is going DOWN THE DRAIN they will take the side of the supervisor. Idiotic upper management is good at playing politics and knows nothing of management. All management is technically (and otherwise) a BIG ZERO. Policies and procedures are very NONSENSICAL, IDIOTIC and RIGID. HR department comprises of INCOMPETENT IDIOTS. I hope the US Economy crashes to the ground and takes down this whole sick, corrupt, diseased and pathetic outsourcing industry (read SLAVE PLANTATIONS) down with it including this company.
