Most employees are not highly skilled and do not take ownership of their work. The quality of work is poor. Leadership is not effective. The culture is based on fear and they are always trying to find ways to reduce your variable comp.

A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
