They are—in the sense that you can see through their lack of a plan. They don’t want your inputs; they want an audience for their monologues. 3. The Accountability Vacuum: Ownership is a foreign concept here. When things inevitably go south due to a total lack of clarity, the leadership transforms into professional finger-pointers. Their favorite pastime is "The Wrong Hire" game—hiring people with a fake job description and firing them for not fulfilling a vision that was never articulated. Efficiency: If you ask a genie to find you the most inefficient + directionless organization on the planet, you’d wake up in this lobby.
