Pluspunten

Pay and benefits are great. You get awesome snacks, lunch, happy hours etc. Significant percentage of the individual contributors are very talented and great teammates.

Minpunten

The leadership at CS is the major con. They will react to this GD review and point fingers but will they actually do anything to adjust their own behavior and actions? Unlikely. There were large layoffs recently affecting mostly the tech teams and a lot of amazing contributors due the leaderships' irresponsible spending and planning. Nepotism is a problem.

Thank you for the feedback. I am working with the leadership team day in and day out to share employee feedback and make sure we understand the impact of our own behavior. We are making improvements on both spending and planning, but it will take some time to see that come through. I will personally do everything I can on that front.
