Most likely work with legacy tech Won't learn too much lot of mediocracy and inefficiencies that cause bottlenecks and deadlines to exceed leading to overtiming and cramping of work poor management overall of new grads, just mostly thrown work and not really trained to take over and take ownership

-nice place to start -good benefits -flexible with projects and managers

-the couching is not very good -demanding trainings as all the other consultancies -doesn't feel like you are working for cognizant, it feels like you are an external in another company being paid by cognizant
