Excellent work environment, The leader ship management give a full hand to own the responsibility and roles. A good compensation, timely bonus and many more reward and recognition.

Minpunten

Lack of opportunity on the onsite. The vertical and horizontal business unit doesn't co-operate to each other and that impact on individual associates. Most of the onsite roles are captured by Vertical business unit holders, even in the Technical space.
