Belgiums management is incapable to win cool proposals. At the end you end up for years doing a boring body shopping job at a bank. There are totally not transparant with their employees

-nice place to start -good benefits -flexible with projects and managers

Minpunten

-the couching is not very good -demanding trainings as all the other consultancies -doesn't feel like you are working for cognizant, it feels like you are an external in another company being paid by cognizant
