      The people you work with are awesome. Great social aspect to the company. You will work on some really well-known brands and have the ability to see your work live.

      Minpunten

      The upper management is not very good. People are spread too thin on accounts. There is room for advancement but that is due to people leaving the company for other opportunities. Account and creative are always knocking heads with projects. They are stuck in their old ways with their ideas and arent really open to new ones.

Hands on management by partners/owners. Boutique atmosphere. Independent agency. Great for independent thinkers.
