Ridiculous hours (50+) are the norm. You’ll miss your family, and may be too tired to enjoy your days off. Managers are pressured to do impossible tasks. God help you if you have to take an urgent dump, because chances are, one of the other 60 people there are using the only men’s toilet. I was always concerned about the constant equipment breakdowns and building leaks, etc. , and it seemed that we were always in emergency mode. Very stressful.
