Pluspunten

Great people make it enjoyable to come to work. Senior management has become more engaged with key stakeholders both internally and externally. Not a company that has a ton of flash, but a company that has a great deal of substance - "fringe benefits" are not common but strong bonus payout and retirement plans more than compensate. Very stable and excellent at tactical execution. Tremendous at fast following. Despite cons listed, the overall company is strong and stable and I highly recommend it.

Minpunten

Struggles to innovate successfully. Does not spend tremendously on advertising beyond oral care brands while other categories are primarily left to fend off competition in-store. Very lean organization does not always offer quick advancement and advancement to higher levels of sales management forces you to go through NY (expensive and family challenging). Can be somewhat near-sighted with frequent "fires to put out". Resources are not always allocated optimally to support the business creating challenges at work/life balance.

Recent rounds of layoffs have significantly impacted employee morale and engagement. The restructuring process lacked transparency and left many employees uncertain about the company’s direction. Support and resources provided to impacted employees could have been stronger, and many employees struggled to understand the rationale behind certain workforce reduction decisions. Ongoing communications regarding additional layoffs over the next several years have further contributed to anxiety and uncertainty within the organization. As a result, trust in leadership and confidence in the future of the company have been challenged. Many employees also felt that valuable talent, expertise, and institutional knowledge were lost during the restructuring process.
