When they close down their projects and when they do not need you for this, they will drop you out form the company. At the time expelling, they give you half of your salary. The management is really worse. Don't join this company, otherwise, they can ruin your career.

I think most of IT company need quantity work, but in this company always need quality work and it’s can help for growth and learn.
