_Office space is nice but felt like you were in a furniture store showroom. _Its a job that paid me money to do things that I cared about.

_My opinion is that the executive leadership team at Collective Measures has lost touch and do not hold themselves to the same standards they hold others to within the company. I think that they could get away with anything and it was sickening at times. _It is my opinion that executive and leadership team favors sycophants and yes-men/woman who are willing to "just get it done" or who are too early in their careers to know any better. The only people at collective measures who are free from the ludicrous micromanagement of the executive team are those with jobs so technical that the executive team cant even understand their work. _It is my opinion that there is a lot of language about the organization having employee-centric ideals but in reality, it is my opinion that you are only as cared-for as much as your job is important to the bottom line of the company in any given moment. And sure, this would totally be fine if it wasn't my opinion that they seemed to be founded on opposing principals. The reality is, this is just a job like any other and its not a great one unless you are liked by the three executives.
