Great skill development-- I never realized how many of my default characteristics would get in the way one day while building a successful career. Being the owner of a franchise greatly improved my introspection so I can see what I need to improve upon. Not only this but having your own employees and determining how much money you want to make and being able to make whatever with virtually no cap (except the fact that there are only 168 hours in a week, that's a definite cap) was the most attractive opportunity I ever tripped across at 19.

If you're not ready to commit yourself to this you will fall flat on your face. College Pro is an established company and your results and the hours you need to put in are mathematically calculated based on statistics we have gathered for 40+ years. Put the planned hours in=get result. But it is surprisingly easy to commit yourself to something in theory until you're in the trenches putting in blood sweat and tears 7 days a week 12 hours a day and all you want to do is go to Wayhome with your friends. But you can't because you committed to yourself a certain profit and business size and you committed to following through to ensure that you hit that goal for yourself. If you are easily swayed and cannot self-motivate you will struggle and the learning curve will be greater.
