Outdoor, and can work with decent people

Poor safety gear, tried to pay is less than minimum wage, and poor planning/ budgeting led to frustrating projects where we would get yelled at for taking “too long” on a project where the owner of the franchise promised unmeetable goal. Lastly the whole “buy your own franchise” angle they take with employees is very fishy and feels like they just want to further take advantage of employees

- This is often seen as a great opportunity during school years, but it is a large learning curve and time commitment to get the business started. Time budgets were critical for success - Often battling reviews - easily won over if you show the potential customer that they need to see and trust you as your own franchisee, not the reviews of other franchisees. - Royalty was significant early on.
