"Manager is making you work late" : "Please come slightly late in the morning and try to recover your sleep on the weekends." 4) Bad WLB : 6 days working , even if it's alternate Saturdays , you should expect and respond to respond to Slack on the weekend. 5) Hire-Fire Policy : So this by far is the worst thing about the company , whenever their margin takes the slightest hit , expect a layoff. Not at senior levels , oh no , they are safe. If you are earning more than 5lpa , you are a target regardless.
