Pluspunten

Nice office location close to many places to eat and transportation. No micromanagement among managers and staff. Most people are polite and friendly. Nice parties.

Minpunten

Company just went public and a lot of top manager have left. Lack of vision and goals. If you like a corporate structure this is not the place. Every office has a different vision. Lack of communication from leadership. No room for growth if you are a staff member. If could be a frat house all boys club and no diversity at all. Lack of innovation.

-the people -mostly easy-going -not a hard job -good actually entry level job -people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about

Minpunten

-Schedule rigidity -almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values) -the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised) -the favoraitism by management -the work is either a 100% or nothing to do -in office days tend to be highly stressful
