Great place to work with amazing people. The management supports all levels of the staff and look to promote within the company. Interns have the opportunity to learn so much.

Minpunten

The downside is that being an intern there is a lot of tedious work to be done but otherwise positive experience.

RE sales cycles can be lengthy and slow the work down

Pluspunten

-the people -mostly easy-going -not a hard job -good actually entry level job -people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about

Minpunten

-Schedule rigidity -almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values) -the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised) -the favoraitism by management -the work is either a 100% or nothing to do -in office days tend to be highly stressful
